Ivy League Hype
There was an interesting article on MSNBC last week on the hype associated with Ivy League schools. While many students feel pressured to apply to Ivy League schools because a degree from one of the elite institutions will mean “instant success,” reality is that an Ivy League education is not for everyone. The article also points out that if you do obtain a job just because you have an Ivy League degree, you will still be fired from that job if you do not have necessary skills!
