I don't "work with" any colleges. I do not "represent" colleges. They do not pay me fees to promote them or to bring students to their gates. Rather, my associates and I are consultants: we work for and are paid by students and their families who want to find the best possible education for their students. That said, we do spend a significant amount of time (and money!) to visit campuses, get to know the programs and facilities, and to meet students, faculty, and administrators. The recommendation can come on the letterhead from the government institute.
